Who We Are

Uncommon Valor is a mission-driven platform dedicated to supporting veterans and their families by connecting them with essential resources, mentorship programs, and community-based support networks. We believe that no veteran should face the transition to civilian life alone, and that the invisible wounds of service deserve the same attention as the visible ones. Our organization was founded by veterans and supporters who recognized a gap in ongoing, community-based care for those who have served.

The platform serves veterans of every branch of the United States military — Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard, and National Guard — as well as their spouses, family members, and the civilians who support them. Through our events, resources, and mentorship opportunities, we help veterans build connection, find purpose, and access the care they have earned. Whether someone is struggling with mental health, seeking camaraderie, or looking for a way to give back, Uncommon Valor offers a welcoming community and a path forward.

Uncommon Valor is built and maintained by a dedicated team of veterans, military family members, and civilian allies who volunteer their time to serve those who served. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, every dollar donated goes directly toward programs that benefit veterans and their families. Our team is committed to transparency, compassion, and the belief that it is OK to not be OK — and that together, we can face whatever comes next.
